Return & Exchange Policy
At iSandbox Factory, we take pride in our products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Event Cancellations:
- Parties are refundable if canceled at least two weeks before the event date.
- Workshops, camps, afterschool enrichment, and other experiences can be canceled for a refund if requested 72 hours or more in advance.
Exchanges
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@iSandboxFactory.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
- Exchanges for a different item or size are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@iSandboxFactory.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
