Return & Exchange Policy

At iSandbox Factory, we take pride in our products and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Event Cancellations:
      • Parties are refundable if canceled at least two weeks before the event date.
      • Workshops, camps, afterschool enrichment, and other experiences can be canceled for a refund if requested 72 hours or more in advance.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@iSandboxFactory.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
  • Exchanges for a different item or size are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1.  Email us at info@iSandboxFactory.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2.  We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
