- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We offer Standard Shipping and Store Pickup options at checkout.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method. The exact rate is shown at the time of Check Out.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
